Refund Policy

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your order.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, tags & security tags attached unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging
• Sale items can be returned

Damages and issues

• Returns will not be accepted if there are signs of wear, washing, make-up, odour, deodorant, perfume or tanning products. Therefore please take care when trying items on.
• Embellished items may lose crystals/detail/studs and this is the nature of the item and not deemed as faulty
• Leather items may fade over time and appear distressed or worn this is the nature of the item and not deemed to be faulty
• Silk items may vary due to the natural fabric and is not deemed to be faulty

Are there any charges for return?

• Returns via our Click+ are charged at £4.95, creating a returns label is free, we simply deduct £4.95 from your refund
• Alternatively, you can return via your own method at your own cost. We advise a sign for service as Atom Label is not responsible for any item(s) whilst in transit (remember to submit your return request and await approval before sending)
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• International returns must be clearly marked as *RETURN* as Atom Label will not be liable for any duties charged if this is not clearly marked and clearly visible on the package.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Atom Label is not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. Atom Label aims to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item(s) is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, the goods will be returned to you immediately.
